- The valve adopts an original opening design on one side of the valve plate, which has a low starting load and no jamming in the valve chamber. The other side of the valve plate adopts a ceramic valve plate with single side sealing, which has strong corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, and long service life.
- When the air source is introduced from the upper intake port, the cylinder rod drives the valve plate to move downwards and the valve closes. When the air source enters from the lower air inlet, the cylinder rod drives the valve plate to move upwards, and the valve opens.
- A spring is loaded between the valve plate and the seal ring. The spring force always makes the valve plate press against the seal ring, and allows the valve plate to move vertically, up and down. This helps to compensate for the Thermal expansion of valve parts, overcome the impact of any back pressure change on the seal and prevent particulate media from entering between the two sealing surfaces.
- During the opening and closing process, the valve plate can generate rotation, causing grinding and polishing effects between the sealing surfaces. Moreover, due to the eccentricity of the valve body towards the channel, vortex will be generated when opening the discharge material, and the material vortex formed will self clean the valve chamber. All of these characteristics make this valve have an ultra long service life, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.
