Correct installation and operation of Lined Butterfly Valve:
1. Before installation
1. Make sure that the installation position of the wafer-lined fluorine butterfly valve and the position of the pipeline are on the same axis, and the flanges on the left and right ends should be kept parallel.
2. The weight of the wafer-lined fluorine butterfly valve can be borne by the pipeline. If it cannot be borne, the corresponding support needs to be installed.
3. Check the nameplate of the wafer-lined fluorine butterfly valve, and operate it fully open and fully closed several times to ensure that the valve can work normally, and then carefully check the details of the wafer-lined fluorine butterfly valve to ensure that the valve is intact.
4. Remove the protective covers at both ends of the wafer-lined fluorine butterfly valve, and then clean the inside of the valve and the impurities in the pipeline.
2. Installation
1. When installing the bolts on the flange, tighten them symmetrically, one by one, and evenly.
2. If the butterfly valve uses pneumatic, electric or other actuators, it needs to be installed according to the instructions.
3. The fluorine-lined butterfly valve can be installed at any upstream end of the pipeline, but the actuator needs to be installed vertically.
4. Install the sealing gasket on the wafer-lined fluorine butterfly valve according to the requirements of the pipeline design.
3. Inspection after installation
Open and close the valve several times to ensure flexible movement and uniform force.
