Fluorine-lined Gate Valve: A Switch Control Device With Strong Corrosion Resistance
Lined Gate Valve is a valve, which is characterized by the valve body, valve cover, gate and valve stem and other parts in contact with the medium are lined with fluoroplastics to improve its corrosion resistance. The opening and closing parts of the fluorine-lined gate valve are gates, the movement direction of which is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, and can only be fully opened or fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The structural features of the fluorine-lined gate valve are: the inner wall of the valve body and the inner wall of the valve cover are lined as a whole, without gaps to prevent medium leakage; there are sealing rings on both sides of the gate to ensure sealing performance; there is a packing seal between the valve stem and the valve body to prevent medium leakage; there is a check washer between the handwheel and the valve stem to prevent the handwheel from loosening.
