Before use, read the product manual carefully. According to the parameters on the nameplate, reasonably select the applicable range of temperature, pressure, etc. Before using the fluorine-lined valve, in order to prevent the valve from causing stress concentration due to temperature changes, the temperature change should be reduced as much as possible, and U-type expansion joints should be added before and after the valve. For some unstable and easily decomposed media, such as the decomposition of some media, it will cause abnormal operation, resulting in volume expansion, causing valve damage or leakage. Measures should be taken to eliminate or limit factors that cause medium instability. When selecting a valve, it should be considered whether the medium is stable and easy to decompose, and an automatic pressure relief device should be installed on the valve. For toxic, flammable, explosive, highly corrosive and other media, it is strictly forbidden to replace the valve under pressure. Although the fluorine-lined valve is reliable in the design of sealing function, it is still not recommended to replace the packing under pressure.
The inner fluorine plastic sealing surface of the fluorine-lined valve is often damaged by medium crystallization, solid particles, etc., due to its soft texture, resulting in sealing leakage. After discovery, the seal should be repaired or replaced in time. If the handle or hand wheel is not flexible or cannot be opened or closed tightly, loosen the nut appropriately. If it is still not flexible, the gland may be tilted. If it is still not flexible after adjusting the gland, the valve needs to be disassembled for inspection and troubleshooting. During the disassembly process, it should be noted that if the medium in the pipeline is toxic, flammable, or explosive, the staff should take protective measures to prevent accidents.
