With the development of my country's industry, Lined Butterfly Valve can be said to be one of the fastest-growing valve varieties in my country in recent years. Wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve can be used for regulation and interception on gas, liquid, semi-fluid and solid powder pipelines and containers. Wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve has the characteristics of small size, light weight, quick and labor-saving switching, good sealing performance, long service life, and corrosion resistance. Therefore, it has replaced gate valves and stop valves in many occasions. It can be installed at any position and angle of the pipeline.
At present, most butterfly valves produced in China use rubber for overall sealing. After tightening, the rubber inside the valve is slightly deformed and convex under pressure, making it difficult to open or close the valve plate in place, and even leaking during pressure testing and leakage at the flange connection after pressure relief. The wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve uses fluorine-lined material, which is simply an injection molded material with steel on the surface. This structure effectively solves the above difficulties and will not leak during installation. And it has better corrosion resistance than other valves.
Due to the needs of technology and market demand, my country's wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valves have begun to develop towards high temperature and high pressure. I believe that in the near future, butterfly valve products with better performance will be presented to us.
