A Brief Discussion On How To Use Fluorine-lined Dc Stop Valve
Lined Globe Valve is a type of fluorine-lined stop valve. The opening and closing parts of the fluorine-lined DC stop valve are plug-shaped valve discs, the sealing surface is flat or conical, and the valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the fluid. One thing to note is that the fluorine-lined DC stop valve is only suitable for full opening and full closing, so it is not allowed to use the fluorine-lined DC stop valve for regulation and throttling. Compared with other valves, the fluorine-lined DC stop valve has a simple structure and is relatively convenient for both manufacturing and maintenance. In addition, the friction between the sealing surfaces of the fluorine-lined DC stop valve is small, which makes the fluorine-lined stop valve have good sealing performance and greatly extends the service life of the fluorine-lined DC stop valve; however, the fluorine-lined DC stop valve has relatively high requirements for the conveying medium and is not suitable for media with particles, high viscosity and easy coking.
The fluorine-lined DC stop valve is a forced sealing valve, so when closing the valve, pressure must be applied to the valve disc at the same time to ensure that the sealing surface does not leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the friction between the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium, resulting in the force of closing the valve being greater than the force of opening the valve. Therefore, the diameter of the valve stem of the fluorine-lined DC stop valve should be larger than that of the ordinary stop valve, otherwise the valve stem will bend. Since the emergence of self-sealing valves, the flow direction of the medium of the stop valve has been changed to enter the valve cavity from above the valve disc. At this time, under the action of the medium pressure, the force of closing the valve is small, while the force of opening the valve is large, and the diameter of the valve stem can be reduced accordingly. At the same time, under the action of the medium, this type of valve is also more rigorous. my country's valve "three-in-one" has stipulated that the flow direction of the stop valve should be from top to bottom. Regarding the use of fluorine-lined DC stop valves, it should be noted that the handwheel and handle are not allowed to be used for lifting. In addition, during installation, it should be noted that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body.
