Lined Ball Valve Brief Introduction
Lined Ball Valve: Handle-type, flange-connected, fixed-ball straight-through design. Seat sealing surface materials are PTFE, reinforced PTFE plastic (Q47F), or metal-welded cobalt-based (Q47H). Nominal pressures range from PN16 to PN40. Valve body materials are CF3, CF8, CF3M, and CF8M.

[Lined Ball Valve Product Features]
1. The valve seat utilizes a spring mechanism, pushing the seat toward the ball, ensuring excellent low-pressure sealing performance.
2. Both the front and rear seats of the Lined Ball Valve can seal, creating a bidirectional seal. The valve body cavity can be vented externally using the built-in bleed valve.
3. The pivot utilizes a blowout protection structure and low-friction bearings. It offers excellent performance, high reliability, and a wide range of applications.
4. Integrated Structure
It features full access, emergency sealing, and fire protection.
5. Full-Bore
The valve flow passage diameter matches the pipe inner diameter, facilitating pipeline cleaning.
6. Blockage and Drain
When the valve is closed, the upstream and downstream valve seats block the flow, allowing accumulated debris in the valve body cavity to drain. The drain device performs the following functions:
① Pre-inspection of the valve seat for leaks and damage;
② Reduces contamination of the valve during media changes;
③ Under operating pressure, the valve stem stuffing box can be replaced when the valve is fully open or fully closed. (As shown in Figure 5, the drain device is a drain plug.)
7. Automatic Pressure Relief
When the temperature of the stagnant medium in the valve cavity rises abnormally due to an increase in temperature, a safety valve installed in the valve seat or valve body automatically relieves pressure. 8. Fireproof Structure
Double sealing is employed. In the event of a fire, if the non-metallic valve seat burns, the medium presses the ball against the metal sealing surface of the valve body, preventing significant leakage, in compliance with API 607.
9. Emergency Seal
If the valve seat or stem seal is damaged and leaks occur, sealing grease can be injected through the grease injection valve to provide an instant emergency seal.
10. Stem Extension
The extended stem is suitable for underground installation and low-temperature media use. The extension size is determined according to needs. Operation modes include manual, pneumatic, electric, gas-hydraulic, and hydraulic. Lined Ball Valve Main Part Materials:
