Lined Ball Valve, the valve body is divided into two asymmetrical halves along a cross-section perpendicular to the valve channel axis. It is primarily used in pipelines to cut, distribute, and change media flow. Its pivot arrangement ensures accurate ball orientation. The standard valve seat utilizes a spring arrangement, facing the ball, ensuring excellent low-pressure sealing performance. This ball valve provides a bidirectional seal, both upstream and downstream seats. A built-in bleed valve allows the valve body cavity to be vented externally. The pivot utilizes a blowout protection design and low-friction bearings. It offers excellent performance, high reliability, a wide range of applications, and a reasonable price.
Lined Ball Valve Principle: The worm gear fixed ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its design incorporates special considerations for strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments, making it suitable for a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive media. Compared to floating ball valves, during operation, the force exerted by the fluid pressure upstream of the valve on the ball is fully transferred to the bearings, preventing the ball from moving toward the valve seat. Consequently, the valve seat is not subjected to excessive pressure. This results in low torque, minimal seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and long service life, making it suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications. The advanced spring-loaded pre-seat assembly is self-tightening, ensuring upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, capable of sealing in either direction, thus ensuring unrestricted installation and bidirectional operation. This valve is available in two-piece and three-piece body configurations. The center flange is bolted together, and the seal is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene embedded in a stainless steel ring. The rear of the ring lacks a spring, ensuring a tight seal between the valve seat and the ball. Neither the upper nor the lower stem has a PTFE bearing, reducing friction and simplifying operation. The bottom of the small shaft lacks an adjustment plate, ensuring proper alignment between the ball and the seal ring.
Full-Bore: The valve flow aperture matches the pipeline ID, facilitating pipeline cleaning. Applicable media: Water, gas, oil, natural gas, and corrosive media such as acids and alkalis. Lined Ball Valve Features: 1. Long service life, with sealing rings made of self-lubricating PTFE. Minimal friction between the ball and the sealing ring effectively extends service life. 2. Compact size, light weight, and easy installation and maintenance. 3. The fixed ball valve design allows for installation in any direction and at any location on the pipeline. 4. V-shaped overlapping axial packing provides a Class A corrosion-resistant seal.
