Do not stack them together or store them in the open air. When storing the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve, first seal the valve ends with plugs to prevent dust, impurities, etc. from entering the valve.
Before installing the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve, it is necessary to check whether the valve meets the working conditions. Only after confirmation can it be installed. The sealing surface of the valve is not allowed to be damaged during the installation process. When connecting with lined pipes, no gaskets are required. If connected with metal pipe fittings, gaskets are required.
In the use of the valve, it can only be used for full opening and full closing, and the flow cannot be adjusted or used under negative pressure. Observe the working condition of the valve at any time, stop the valve immediately if a fault is found, and investigate and eliminate the cause of the fault.
