A three-piece lined ball valve consists of a central body and two end casings, enabling inline maintenance without pipeline removal. The one-piece ball and stem construction prevents stem blowout under pressure. PTFE serves standard corrosive services up to 180°C. PFA extends to 200°C for strong oxidizers. Compression-molded liners cover all wetted surfaces, isolating metal from corrosive attack.

Three-Piece Design – The Structural Advantage

The central body bolts between two end casings with O-ring seals at each joint. The central body houses the ball and stem assembly. End casings provide flange connections to the pipeline. The ball and stem are cast as a single piece, preventing the stem from being ejected by line pressure.

Liner and Sealing System
