Fluorine-lined Valve Factory Teaches You How To Scientifically Manage Fluorine-lined Valves
Lined Valve is a general term for various valves, mainly fluorine-lined check valves, fluorine-lined stop valves, fluorine-lined gate valves, fluorine-lined butterfly valves and fluorine-lined ball valves. Fluorine-lined valves can be used in various highly corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, strong acid, strong oxidants and aqua regia. However, this type of valve is greatly affected by temperature and can generally only be used in media with a temperature of -50°C to 150°C. When idle, there are requirements for the storage of fluorine-lined valves. So, how can we achieve scientific management? Let the fluorine-lined valve manufacturer tell you
1. There are requirements for the storage location of fluorine-lined valves. The storage location should not be open to the sky and should be avoided from the sun and rain, so the best storage place is a dry room. Since fluorine-lined valves are not resistant to high temperatures, their storage location should also be away from heat sources, otherwise it will cause aging and deformation of fluoroplastics.
2. It is required to have a protective cover to protect the sealing surface of the fluoroplastic flanges at both ends. The sealing surface cannot be damaged. When stacking, the sealing surface of the fluoroplastic flanges at both ends cannot be under pressure.
3. The storage and custody of fluorine-lined valves must be recorded accordingly. The main record contents are: valve name, model, specification, number, quantity, storage date, etc.
