Lined Butterfly Valve is a butterfly valve installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline, which can be rotated 90° at a maximum. It plays an opening and closing role in the pipeline system to ensure the reliable sealing of the pipeline. The characteristics of the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve are small fluid resistance, temperature resistance, anti-aging, bidirectional sealing, reliable sealing, zero leakage, simple structure, small size, adjustable flow, etc. Since the multi-layer soft stacking seal ring of the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve is directly fixed on the valve plate, the valve plate is in a normally open state and is flushed by the front medium, which will affect the sealing performance. Due to structural limitations, the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve cannot be used as a valve with a diameter of less than 200. Since the lining material of the butterfly valve is fluorine plastic, it is called a fluorine-lined butterfly valve. There are many kinds of fluorine plastics, and different fluorine plastics have different applicable media and temperatures.
1. Polytetrafluoroethylene
Medium: all organic solvents, inorganic acids, alkalis, etc.; temperature: -85℃—150℃.
2. Polytrifluoroethylene
Medium: all organic solvents, oxidizing acids; temperature: -195℃—120℃.
3. Polypropylene
Medium: inorganic salt solutions, inorganic acids, alkalis; temperature: -14℃—80℃.
4. Polytetrafluoroethylene
Medium: strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants; temperature: -200℃—180℃.
