The Difference Between Wafer-type Fluorine-lined Butterfly Valve And Rubber-lined Butterfly Valve
The difference between Lined Butterfly Valve and rubber-lined butterfly valve:
For users who are new to the valve industry, they may not be able to tell what is a wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve? What is a rubber-lined butterfly valve? Now, the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve manufacturer will tell you what the difference is between the two?
Wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve:
When the medium flows back, the seal between the valve plate and the valve seat is achieved by the torque of the driving device. As the pressure of the return medium increases, when the pressure between the valve plate and the valve seat is less than the medium pressure, the pressure between the valve plate and the valve seat can be compensated by adjusting the deformation force of the spring.
Rubber-lined butterfly valve:
The sealing surface between the valve plate and the valve seat is an oblique cone structure, and a heat-resistant material is welded on the oblique cone surface of the valve plate. This structure can compensate for the elastic deformation between the sleeve and the valve body and solve the problem of sealing leakage during the medium transportation process. The sealing ring is made of soft T-shaped multi-layer stainless steel sheets, which has both soft and hard sealing advantages.
In addition to their different structures and seals, their linings are also different. The lining of the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve is fluoroplastic, and the lining of the rubber-lined butterfly valve is rubber.
