Related Measurement Tools For Testing Wafer-type Fluorine-lined Butterfly Valves
The lining material of Lined Butterfly Valve is fluoroplastic, which is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline to play the role of on-off flow. Below, the test method of the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve is briefly introduced.
1. Temperature
The temperature to be tested includes the temperature range from room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature range. The tool for testing temperature is generally a thermocouple thermometer.
2. Pressure
The pressure range to be tested is 0-10MPa, and the instrument for measuring pressure can be a pointer-type precision pressure gauge and a digital pressure gauge.
3. Liquid level
In order to make the height of the liquid nitrogen liquid level meet the requirements of the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve test, a differential pressure pressure transmitter is required to measure the liquid level height. The electrical signal can be measured and collected by a digital multimeter.
4. Flow
The valve sealing form is different, and the flow rate allowed by the valve is also different. There are two devices for measuring flow, one of which is a small flow flow meter. If the flow is too small, the general flow meter can no longer meet the demand. It can be counted by measuring the number of bubbles in the water at the open end or collecting the number of electrical pulses with a computer.
