Lined Butterfly Valve is a new type of butterfly valve. Fluorine lining is mainly used in strong corrosion conditions. However, due to the limitations of structural characteristics, fluorine-lined butterfly valves are not suitable for high temperature and high pressure industries. The wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve is a fluorine-lined butterfly valve that adopts a wafer-type connection. The valve body and valve seat are constructed in one piece. The high-temperature resistant material is welded on the sealing surface of the valve seat, and it is fixed to the valve plate by a multi-layer soft stacking seal ring. Compared with ordinary fluorine-lined butterfly valves, the wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve has the advantages of high temperature resistance, convenient opening and closing process, labor-saving, and compensating the seal as the torque of the transmission mechanism increases when the first level is closed. It has been well received by the market and consumers.
